Shipping CoordinatorReports to: Shipping ManagerLocation: On-site, Lodi, NJHours: Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pmAbout the role: The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the shipping process within the warehouse. This role ensures that products are shipped accurately, timely, and cost-effectively while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities:Assist drivers (Pick Up, Carriers) at check in and assign designated door.Prints delivery receipts and packing lists for Hand Delivery and PU order.Helps maintain workflow for warehouse and planning wave for Pick Up (small orders), Hand Delivery and Parcel orders.Troubleshoots Pick Up and HD orders.Creates manual labels (Fedex or UPS) when needed.Assists Customer Service with all inquiries for PU and HD.Files all POD's (proof delivery), pick tickets and BOL'S documents.Verifies PU and HD orders are completed by the end of day.Education, Skills and Experience:2+ years of experience in logistics requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) systems and conceptsKnowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong written and verbal skillsAble to give and receive feedbackCritical thinking and proactive approach to problem-solvingStrong organization and follow-up skillsHigh sense of urgency to resolve issues that ariseBilingual in English and Spanish is preferredAbout CFS Brands:Headquarters located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, CFS BRANDS is a market-leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of commercial foodservice, healthcare, and industrial hygiene products.CFS BRANDS has maintained its industry-leading position and consistent growth with a strong focus on customer support and satisfaction, product variety and availability, and a unique ability to be a "one-stop shop" solution for a wide range of organizations.
