Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in the Greater Ocala Area. The Salesperson will guide prospective homebuyers through the sales process, from initial contact and property tours to contract signing. Daily responsibilities include greeting and qualifying leads, presenting home features and communities, answering questions about pricing and options, and following up with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, collaborating with construction and operations teams to provide timely updates, and supporting marketing activities such as open houses and community events. The Salesperson will represent Estela Living’s customer-first brand, ensuring a professional, attentive, and solution-oriented experience for every visitor.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship skills: demonstrated success in residential, real estate, or related sales; ability to build trust, identify needs, and close deals.

• Communication and presentation skills: clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and confidence in presenting homes, options, and pricing to individuals and groups.

• Customer service and interpersonal skills: commitment to delivering a positive buyer experience, handling inquiries and concerns professionally, and maintaining long-term relationships.

• Organization and administrative skills: ability to manage leads, maintain accurate records in CRM or similar tools, and coordinate appointments and follow-ups efficiently.

• Technology awareness: comfort using digital tools and platforms to support sales activities, virtual tours, and online communication with prospects.

• Knowledge of or interest in homebuilding and real estate: understanding of basic construction and homebuying processes, or willingness to learn quickly.

• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Ocala Area: reliable transportation, flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by customer demand.

• Preferred qualifications: prior experience in new home sales or real estate, familiarity with the local market, and any relevant sales or real estate certifications or licenses.
