Senior Accountant | Southeast Houston, TX (Onsite) We’re partnering with a growing industrial services company in Houston to find a Senior Accountant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. The accounting team is lean and collaborative, which means this role will have broad exposure across day-to-day accounting operations while also playing a key part in upcoming process improvements. What you’ll be involved in: Full-cycle accounting support including AP/AR oversight Weekly payroll processing Monthly journal entries and reconciliations Project/job-level financial tracking and reporting Supporting month-end close activities Assisting with systems/process improvements as the company transitions to a new ERP platform Partnering closely with operational leadership and finance leadership on ad hoc reporting and analysis What we’re looking for: 3-7+ years of accounting experience Experience in manufacturing or industrial services environments Strong foundation in general accounting and month-end close Comfortable in a hands-on role with a mix of recurring accounting responsibilities and project-based work ERP experience required; QuickBooks experience helpful, and exposure to NetSuite or Sage is a plus!
