Job Description Tax Resolution Specialist Bilingual Spanish/English Full time, In Office position Compensation: $19.25 per hour plus commission Responsibilities:
- Skip Tracing
- Problem Solving
- Inbound/Outbound call management in both English and Spanish
- Sending email correspondence
- Educating taxpayers on delinquent business personal property taxes
- Reconciliation
- Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
