Position Overview MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our remote team. The main responsibilities include task prioritization, efficient task completion, and supporting the Executive Assistant. Candidates should have excellent English skills, a strong work ethic, and prior administrative experience. Responsibilities Perform administrative duties Input data accurately into the company database Maintain up-to-date filing systems Support team activities Communicate with stakeholders via email and phone Schedule meetings and book travel Manage contact lists and online records Create presentations and meet productivity standards Handle sensitive information confidentially Follow company policies and procedures Qualifications Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin (preferred BPO experience) Knowledge of office management systems Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Excellent time management and multitasking skills High-speed internet connection (20Mbps+) Typing speed of 20+ WPM Additional Information Applicants must complete an application on our careers page, including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
