Accounts Payable Analyst Location: Winter Park, FL (On-site)
Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 (hourly, commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable (A/P) Analyst to join our corporate accounting team in Winter Park, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience and must live within a 30-40 minute commute of our office. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable (A/P) Analyst to join our corporate accounting team in Winter Park, FL. This role supports multiple restaurant concepts and locations, requiring excellent multitasking skills and strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable including invoice entry, approvals, and payments
- Process invoices received via mail, email, and vendor portals
- Handle vendor payments through ACH, credit card, and check
- Assist with month-end closing for A/P, including reconciling registers and preparing utility sheets
- Support preparation and processing of 1099s
- Maintain and organize vendor files and payment records
- Ensure proper GL coding and understanding of the Chart of Accounts
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
- Perform various ad hoc and administrative accounting tasks as assigned
- 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience (multi-location environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of vendor payments , ACH , credit card , and check processing
- Familiarity with SAGE and/or Microsoft Great Plains (GP) highly desired
- Experience with Excel and Outlook required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- No degree required - we value experience, initiative, and a strong work ethic
- This is a fully on-site position in Winter Park
- Candidates must reside within a 30-40 minute commute
