Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness. Maintain merchandising standards and support sales growth. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs. Follow visual merchandising and promotional guidelines. Uphold operational procedures and company policies. may handle bank deposits. Assist in scheduling, training, and coaching team members. Independently open and close the store. High school diploma or GED. Minimum one year of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
