Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated specialist to assist the coordination director/manager in various administrative duties. This role involves documenting employee information, managing insurance and credential authorizations, utilizing EMR systems, and contributing to planning orientations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Document employee information into Excel spreadsheets.
• Handle prior authorizations for insurances and credentials.
• Utilize EMR systems effectively.
• Assist in planning and organizing orientation sessions.

Essential Skills

• Customer service experience
• Proficiency in EMR systems
• Strong customer service orientation
• Team player mentality
• Ability to multi-task
• Experience with EPIC
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid schedule, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. On-site presence is required 1 to 2 times every other week, as well as for staff meetings when necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartford, CT.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
