Located among the thriving businesses of Avanyu Plaza, 12th Street Tavern offers a comfortable and inviting space featuring comfort food that's perfect for sharing along with both classic and unique beverages. Guests visit for our warm, welcoming atmosphere, as well as our signature drinks and cravable dishes.
What you will receive as part of our team:
You will join our friendly and talented restaurant team, work in comfortable, inviting indoor and outdoor spaces, and be eligible for excellent benefits, including paid vacation and sick days, ongoing training and development opportunities, and experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry. You will also be part of an organization that values its employees and works in a development created for the benefit of New Mexico's 19 Pueblo communities.
What is needed to be part of our team:
Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field, five years of restaurant experience with at least two years of supervisor or management experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations is a strong plus. Must be able to obtain and maintain alcohol and food handling certifications.
The hiring range for this position is $45,795 – $59,533, depending on qualifications and experience.
