In this relationship-focused role, you'll serve as a trusted resource, assisting members with everyday banking needs, opening new accounts, processing transactions, and guiding them through loan application opportunities.Beyond delivering exceptional service, you'll actively identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals. You'll also contribute to SkyOne's growth by building new member relationships, supporting business development initiatives, participating in Select Employee Group (SEG) visits, and conducting outbound outreach to strengthen community and business partnerships.Success in this role requires a passion for helping others, a commitment to service excellence, and the ability to balance relationship building with achieving individual and team performance goals.
