Position Overview Ray Catena Auto Group is looking for an experienced Automotive Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our accounting team. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of dealership accounting experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive environment. Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is required. The right candidate will be responsible for posting deals, reconciling accounts, maintaining accounting schedules, and helping keep the dealership's financial records accurate and up to date.

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
- Review contracts and funding paperwork for accuracy.
- Work with the Sales, Finance, and Office teams to resolve accounting issues.
- Maintain accurate financial records and follow dealership accounting procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership accounting experience .
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is required.
- Knowledge of dealership accounting processes, including posting deals and reconciling schedules.
- Experience with general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy dealership environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Experience working in a Lexus, BMW, MINI, or other luxury dealership.
- Experience in a high-volume dealership.
- Knowledge of manufacturer statements, incentives, and floor plan reconciliations.
