Salary: $145,000 - 145,000 per year Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform engineering and designing enterprise solutions
- Advanced development skills on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, workflow development, Flow Designer, AI agent configuration, and skill development
- Deep product knowledge across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, and ESM
- Proven experience building, testing, and deploying enterprise ServiceNow solutions
- Practical expertise in ServiceNow AI and agentic AI, including Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, and agentic AI workflows
- Familiarity with generative AI and modern AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI governance
- Experience developing AI-driven business solutions with a focus on responsible AI, security, and governance best practices
- Ability to create integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, enterprise data platforms, and third-party technologies
- Experience using enterprise data foundations to support AI solutions and workflow automation across platforms
- Demonstrated technical leadership in enterprise AI projects, including mentoring technical consultants or junior developers
- Experience partnering with principal technical consultants and solution architects
- Strong ability to translate business needs into secure, governed, and scalable AI solutions
- Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional technical teams
- Lead end-to-end development of AI-enabled solutions across the ServiceNow platform
- Implement capabilities such as Now Assist, AI Agents, Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, agentic AI workflows, and generative AI-powered automation
- Guide technical delivery by mentoring technical consultants and collaborating with principal technical consultants and solution architects
- Deliver secure, scalable AI solutions across ServiceNow product suites
- Translate business requirements into intelligent automation solutions using ServiceNow engineering expertise and applied AI technologies
- Build AI-enabled workflows that support enterprise adoption of AI and agentic automation
- Develop integrations and connect AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms
- Support enterprise workflow automation and cross-platform integrations
- Communicate technical solutions, risks, and project status throughout delivery

We are hiring multiple AI Senior Technical Consultants for a 6-month-plus remote contract role with up to 25% travel as needed. The position offers hourly or salary compensation up to $145 W2+, depending on experience, and may include discretionary bonuses, medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus participation in our 401(k) retirement plan. We work across a broad ServiceNow environment and support enterprise clients with secure, scalable AI and automation solutions. Candidates may be included in our talent pool for future opportunities, and submissions may be subject to preliminary AI-based screening.
