Group Assistant

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Group Assistant to join their team. As a Group Assistant, you will be part of the Growth & Experience team supporting various team operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Group Assistant Location: Redmond, WA (100% on site) Pay Range: $26-$28.70/hr Duration: 3 months What's the Job? Provide general administrative support for the team, including coordinating meetings and events Assist with department financial operations, personnel activities, and office supply procurement Support team morale initiatives, space management, and logistics coordination Manage device operations and assist with expense reporting Enforce team policies and support day-to-day administrative tasks What's Needed? 1-3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams Event, meeting, and logistics coordination experience Expense management and expense reporting experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and coordinate logistics effectively What's in it for me?
