Group Assistant

Randstad is seeking a Group/Administrative Assistant for our global technology client in Redmond, WA.

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at keeping teams connected and operations running smoothly? In this role, you will play a central part in supporting everyday team logistics, coordinating events, and ensuring a welcoming, productive office environment.

Pay Range: $34.00 – $35.00 / hour

Location: On-site (Redmond, WA 98052)

Contract Length: 3-month contract with the potential for extension

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• 1–3 years of administrative or team support experience.
• Demonstrated experience with event coordination, meeting planning, or logistics.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Strong customer service, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior experience managing calendar scheduling, expense reporting, or supply procurement.
• Familiarity with email alias/distribution list management or basic hardware asset management.
• Background supporting customer-facing or highly collaborative technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events & logistics: Plan team morale events, schedule group meetings, organize travel arrangements, and manage space allocations.
• Maintain daily office operations: Keep office supplies and snacks fully stocked, order procurement items, and assist with basic device management.
• Manage team communications & records: Oversee team email aliases (GMMs), support department financial operations, and process expense reports.
• Deliver exceptional team support: Act as a reliable resource for team members, resolve daily operational challenges, and assist with special projects as assigned.
