Role Summary: The Administrative Support Specialist will play a crucial role in providing general administrative support to a team within the organization. This role requires multitasking, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

What are the key responsibilities? General Team Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents. Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and manage space allocation for the team. Event Coordination: Coordinate and set up logistics for all hands meetings, off-sites, and morale events. Compliance: Ensure compliance with administrative operational policies and procedures. Executive Support: Assist the Executive Assistant with general tasks and requests. Procurement: Manage the procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, and facilities requests. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

What experience are we looking for to drive success? MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in providing general administrative support Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, including Outlook Ability to multitask and make timely decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and accountability Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Experience with managing data centers or cloud services Ability to perform self-research and learn new applications and tools
