Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient-specific treatment plans designed to improve mobility, strength, and daily functional abilities.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and modalities, ensuring proper techniques are utilized to foster recovery and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients on body mechanics, promoting safe and effective exercise techniques, and develop home exercise programs to complement in-clinic therapies.
• Administer physical therapy modalities, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and other therapeutic techniques under therapist supervision.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, keeping accurate records of interventions and outcomes to inform subsequent care strategies.
• Prepare treatment areas in accordance with safety and cleanliness protocols while managing equipment and supplies to ensure optimal efficiency during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide cohesive and coordinated patient care, maximizing rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
