Hospice Referral Growth Strategist

Heartland Hospice, part of Gentiva, seeks a Hospice Care Consultant to advocate for hospice options and grow referrals in clinical settings. You will educate healthcare partners, identify new referral opportunities, and lead strategic marketing initiatives to improve patient access. You bring 2+ years in healthcare sales and a business-focused mindset, plus solid relationships with physicians and hospitals.
