Business Operations Coordinator

CBR Cleaning Solutions is one of South Florida's leading providers of post-construction cleaning services , and we're looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in commercial construction , post-construction cleaning , or field operations who enjoys coordinating multiple projects, leading teams, and working directly with General Contractors. As our Operations Coordinator, you will oversee the daily execution of post-construction cleaning projects from mobilization through final turnover, ensuring every project is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily schedules for multiple post-construction cleaning projects. Assign crews, equipment, and company vehicles. Conduct pre-start and final walkthroughs with General Contractors and Superintendents. Coordinate Rough, Final, Touch-Up, and White Glove cleanings. Monitor project schedules and adjust manpower based on construction progress. Perform quality inspections and ensure projects are ready for owner turnover. Communicate daily with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field supervisors. Resolve operational issues quickly while maintaining excellent client relationships. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and OSHA requirements. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction, post-construction cleaning, facilities management, or field operations. Experience working with General Contractors and Superintendents is highly preferred. Bilingual (English & Spanish) is REQUIRED. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites throughout South Florida. Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Experience with Jobber, CompanyCam, Procore, Autodesk Build, or similar construction management software is a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience. Company phone.
