Front Desk Coordinator

Salary: $78,000 - 118,000 per year Requirements:

• Passion for dogs and a desire to ensure their well-being
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Willingness to work varied days and hours, including holidays and weekends
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Excellent customer service abilities along with a patient demeanor
• Competence in juggling phone calls while assisting at the front desk
• Comfort with upselling services

• Promote daycare enrollments to potential customers
• Conduct tours of our facility for interested pet owners
• Schedule Meet & Greet appointments via phone
• Reach out to leads through telephone calls
• Follow up with pet parents and their dogs using phone and text communication
• Manage social media postings on Instagram and Facebook
• Utilize computer software, including MS Office and iOS applications
• Provide outstanding customer service while supporting Canine Coaches in play areas
• Maintain cleanliness in the facility
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently
• Welcome every visitor to Dogtopia warmly
• Be familiar with Dogtopias Noble Cause and core values
