CNC Router Operator

This role isessential to the production of custom signs, architectural elements, and branded displays for major national accounts. Responsibilities: Operate CNC router machines to cut and shape sign materials (acrylic, aluminum, wood, etc.) Interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and material layouts Load and unload materials on the CNC table with care and accuracy Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment Work closely with fabrication and design teams to ensure precision and efficiency Maintain clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols Qualifications: 1+ years of experience operating a CNC router (preferably in the sign industry) Familiarity with tools such as EnRoute, Flexi, or VCarve is a plus Basic understanding of G-code and machine setup Ability to read shop drawings and understand measurements Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for overtime A fast-paced, hands-on work environment Room to grow with an expanding company Benefits available after probationary period This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
