CADD Operator / Designer

Prepare, update, and maintain as-built drawings and engineering documentation for rail transit modernization projects. Coordinate drafting activities with engineers, designers, and multidisciplinary project teams. Review and interpret engineering drawings, design markups, civil plans, and track as-built documentation. Recreate and modify track alignments under engineering guidance. Develop and maintain coordinated 3D models using AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit. Support BIM coordination and ensure accurate integration of project information models across disciplines. Prepare construction documentation including plans, elevations, sections, details, and schematics. Develop and maintain project databases, spreadsheets, and technical records. Ensure drawings comply with engineering standards, project requirements, and documentation procedures. Collaborate with civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, utility, and systems teams throughout project delivery. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of CADD production experience supporting rail transit, transportation, utility, or major infrastructure projects. Proficiency with AutoCAD for engineering drawings and documentation. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, construction documents, and design markups. Experience developing accurate 2D drawings and coordinated 3D models. Strong understanding of engineering drafting standards and construction documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering Technology, Drafting Technology, or related technical discipline. Experience supporting transportation or rail transit design projects. Knowledge of civil, track, electrical, utility, or systems engineering for infrastructure projects.
