Licensed Veterinary Technician

Four Points at Four Paws Veterinary Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a technician who thrives in surgery and is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients while supporting a collaborative and positive team environment.


We are looking for a confident, dependable technician who takes pride in their technical abilities and is passionate about patient care. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment where teamwork and support are a priority.


This is a Full-Time position with flexible scheduling options and availability need Monday-Friday and rotating Saturdays.


What You'll Do :

• Manage surgical caseloads, including preparation, assisting, and recovery
• Perform anesthesia induction, monitoring, and maintenance with a strong focus on patient safety
• Perform dental prophylaxis and take dental radiographs
• Collect diagnostic samples, including cystocentesis, and perform laboratory work such as microscope evaluation
• Maintain accurate medical records and support efficient hospital workflow

• Compensation: $22-$24/hour, for each hour worked*
• Bonus Package: $2,000
• CE Allowance: $500 for first year & $1000 every year following

Minimum Qualifications & Skill Set :

• LVT License in the State of Texas required
• Strong surgical and anesthesia experience is required
• Proficiency in dental procedures and radiography
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
