Calibration Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Powertrain Calibration Engineer to support diesel engine performance and calibration development. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in calibration, OBD systems, and embedded software functions. Required Qualifications 5–10 years of powertrain calibration engineering experience Strong experience with On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) calibration Hands-on experience with diesel engines Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink Key Responsibilities Calibrate embedded software functions for engines, EATS, drivelines, and vehicle systems Develop and optimize engine performance and calibration strategies Define and select hardware component specifications (e.g., fuel injection systems, turbochargers, camshaft profiles) Execute verification plans and support validation activities Manage dataset synchronization, configuration, and release processes Lead a defined technical area and contribute to broader engineering initiatives Identify and implement improvements in methods, tools, and processes Provide input into product and system roadmaps Collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment across teams Disclaimer Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
