Project Administrator

Job Description Job Description ** General Responsibilities ** The Project Administrator executes the core administrative workflows for assigned projects. A core responsibility of the role is pricing, submittals, budgeting, and ordering while ensuring accuracy and timeliness under the direction of the Vice President and/or Project Administration Manager. ** Key Responsibilities ** Prepare project pricing, submittals, and budgets following established templates and processes. Place and track material orders, and maintain ordering and pricing logs. Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and budget tracking. Coordinate with Estimating, Project Management, and vendors on project needs. Review work for accuracy and completeness before submission. Support sample ordering and inventory as needed. Follow standard processes and escalate exceptions to the Vice President / Project Administration Manager. Assist with departmental projects and process improvements. Perform other related duties as assigned to support the project administration function and business needs. Qualifications 1+ years of administrative, coordination, or data-entry experience (construction a plus). Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.
