What You’ll Do Lead day-to-day operations with focus, urgency, and awareness Ensure every guest receives an exceptional, consistent experience Support and develop managers and team members at all levels Hold the team accountable to standards, while building them up Be highly visible on the floor, leading, coaching, and supporting in real time Execute systems, processes, and training with precision Drive performance in sales, labor, food cost, and profitability Manage schedules and staffing to align with business needs Resolve guest concerns quickly, professionally, and effectively Oversee cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant condition Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor standards Step into any role when needed, leading by example Who You Are You are a leader with awareness and edge . What You Bring Must be 21 years of age or older 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager or higher preferred) Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financials Experience in team development, coaching, and accountability Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor service Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Availability to work 50–55 hours per week Ready to Step Into Leadership?
