Job Title

Candidate will be taking PC hardware break fix calls at various locations.

Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass drug and background screening. Must be able to complete required product training.

• The dress code for this position is business casual, which means wearing dress pants such as slacks or khakis, a collared shirt (tucked in), and dress shoes. No casual or athletic attire is permitted, which includes jeans, hats, caps, t-shirts, tennis shoes, construction-type boots, un-tucked shirts, hoodies, and thermal sweat shirts. • Obtaining Dell computer certification is a requirement for this position. These certs will COST you NOTHING, and are done after the interview (if you are selected) on your own computer at home, open book. Evidence of certification must be submitted before a job offer is extended. You will be given roughly 3 business days from the date you are selected as a final candidate to complete the Dell certifications. Please note that because certification is a requirement for the position, no reimbursement is provided for certifications or certification classes. Will there be any issue with this requirement?
