Role Description This full-time, on-site Home Care Business Development Representative (Sales) role is based in Fort Myers, FL. The individual in this role is responsible for identifying and developing new referral sources, nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, senior communities, and local organizations, and promoting Assisting Hands Home Care services. Daily activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting sales calls and in-person visits, presenting service offerings, and following up consistently to convert leads into clients. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in a CRM or tracking system, collaborating with office staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, and participating in community events and networking activities to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, including prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management.
• Strong Sales and Business Development abilities to build relationships, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
• Experience in consultative selling
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients, families, and professional referral sources.
• Experience in senior care, home care, healthcare, or related service industries is highly beneficial.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, basic office software, and reporting on sales activities and results.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
• High school diploma required; additional education in business, marketing, or healthcare-related fields is a plus.
• Experience in Home Care

This is a full time base plus commission role, and open only to candidates in the Fort Myers area, with a base salary of $50,000 with no cap!
