You'll use your troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge, and customer service expertise to keep commercial facilities comfortable and running efficiently. Responsibilities include: Remove and install HVAC parts and systems Efficiently troubleshoot and repair commercial mechanical systems up to 50 tons Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration systems Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment Prepare accurate repair estimates Educate customers on HVAC systems, repair options, and recommendations Mentor and train junior technicians Build positive relationships through clear, professional communication with customers Ensure all work complies with local HVAC codes and safety standards Assist with additional duties as assigned to support business needs We're Looking For Someone Who Holds a Universal EPA Certification Has 5 years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service experience (preferred) Enjoys troubleshooting and solving mechanical challenges Works well independently and as part of a team Builds relationships based on trust, respect, and professionalism Maintains a positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship Communicates effectively with customers and coworkers Stays current with evolving HVAC technologies and is eager to keep learning Minimum Requirements 5 years of HVAC service experience EPA Certification Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs. Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, on rooftops, and on ladders Additional Hiring Information All candidates will undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks. A valid driver's license is required. Applicants must provide a recent DMV Safe Driving Record demonstrating safe driving practices.
