FOH Manager Compensation & Benefits

FOH Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 35 years of experience in fine dining or Michelin/James Beard-restaurants
- Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a disciplined culinary team
- Strong background in cost control, systems, and inventory management
- Skilled in executing dining room operations at the highest level
- Committed to safety, precision, and the pursuit of perfection
