Location: Color Interiors Design Center – Magnolia, TX Do you love beautiful interiors, helping people, and creating exceptional customer experiences? Color Interiors Design Center is looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our growing lighting showroom in Magnolia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, design, and working with homeowners, builders, and interior designers to bring their vision to life. Lighting Sales & Design Consultant What You'll Do Welcome customers into our lighting showroom and create an exceptional first impression. Assist homeowners, builders, and designers in selecting lighting for new construction and remodeling projects. Learn our lighting collections, current trends, and product specifications. Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow projects through completion. Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and communication. Collaborate with our flooring, cabinetry, countertop, and design teams to provide a seamless experience. Maintain an organized, inspiring showroom environment. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Interior design, lighting, home furnishings, or showroom experience preferred. Sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow. Passion for home design and helping customers create beautiful spaces. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedule Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Why Color Interiors?
