Martingale Road Suite 260 Schaumburg, IL 60173Hours: Full Time Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pmWe offer our team the best:Medical, Dental and Vision BenefitsContinued EducationMonthly BonusPTO PlanRetirement PlanningLife InsuranceEmployee discountsPosition Requirements & Competencies:Must have high school diploma or equivalent.Must have reliable Transportation and InsuranceExperience with CANVA and HubSpot is preferredAs Office Coordinator, you are expected to handle the following tasks daily / weekly:Provides customer service by greeting guests and answering phones promptly and courteously.Responsible for clerical duties such as filing, printing, scanning and mailing.Supports Operations and Sales with marketing projects and special projects.Manages the CAP retention program.Plans and organizes special projects and company events.Responsible for purchasing and organizing office supplies in accordance with company financial resources and the approved budget and maintains inventories.
