Care Management Admin Coordinator (Hybrid)

Humana Inc. is seeking a UM Administration Coordinator to support Health Choice and MLTSS programs in a hybrid role. You will help create authorizations and perform administrative, operational, and customer support tasks under defined parameters. Based in the Greater Chicago area, this 40-hour-per-week position requires residency in the region, with in-office work in Schaumburg, IL one day per month.
