With manufacturing facilities nationwide, we are committed to innovation, quality, and exceptional customer service.CompensationStarting Pay: $30.00 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Field Service Technician I, you will:Assist in diagnosing product issues and performing basic repairsSupport senior technicians on larger or more complex service jobsCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers and team membersFollow work orders, schedules, and safety proceduresSafely operate hand and power tools to complete repair tasksAccurately document service visits using company systems and mobile devicesMaintain clean and organized work areas, service vehicles, and toolsEnsure customer homes and job sites are left clean and restoredLoad and unload parts while helping maintain service inventoryLearn Anlin and MITER Brands products, installation methods, and warranty standardsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required0–2 years of experience in window/door installation, construction, carpentry, glazing, or a related field (training provided)Ability and willingness to learn technical product specifications and repair techniquesStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently once trained and as part of a teamComfortable using mobile devices (tablet/iPad) for scheduling and documentationBasic computer skills (email, data entry)Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record per company policyBilingual English/Spanish skills are a plusReady to Join the Team?If you’re dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow your skills in a hands-on role, we encourage you to apply today.
