Job Title: Managing Partner / South Florida Market Leader

Salary Range: $150,000–$200,000 base, depending on experience

Location / Working Model: Miami or Boca Raton, FL | Hybrid / South Florida

This is an opportunity to lead the development of a South Florida staffing market within a 40+ year-old U.S. recruitment and staffing firm with deep Financial Services expertise, established client relationships and a growing national presence. You’ll inherit an existing client base while having the autonomy to develop new business locally and nationally. The role would suit an experienced temporary staffing leader who has opened a market, currently leads one, or has the commercial track record to build and grow a new operation.

The South Florida Market Leader will establish and grow a regional staffing business while developing client relationships and revenue opportunities across South Florida and the wider U.S.

Role Highlights

• Take commercial ownership of the South Florida market, establishing a strong local presence across Miami, Boca Raton and the wider region.
• Build on an existing client base across Banking and Financial Services rather than starting from a blank slate.
• Drive new temporary and contract staffing business through regional relationships, new client development and national opportunities.
• Leverage an established platform spanning Compliance, AML, Risk, Corporate & Investment Banking, Accounting & Finance and Technology.
• Shape the local operation with genuine autonomy over market strategy, business development and future team growth.

You Will Need

• Significant leadership experience within temporary, contract or contingent staffing, with a strong record of commercial performance.
• Proven business development capability, including winning new clients, expanding existing accounts and developing senior relationships.
• Experience opening a market is highly desirable; experienced leaders currently running successful staffing markets will also be considered.
• An established South Florida network, combined with the ability and ambition to develop relationships and transact business nationally.
• Strong knowledge of at least one relevant specialist discipline, such as Technology, Accounting & Finance, Compliance, Risk or Corporate & Investment Banking.
