CHIEF Medical Officer

Medical Administrative OfficerDuties include but not limited to:Advising on the distribution of resources based on current and future program needs and improving the operational efficiency of the Business Office.Develops and implements both long and short term policies and objectives.Assesses and improves complex management processes and systems.Provides guidance and advice to managers and supervisors designed to foster acceptance of performance and process changes that affect administrative services.Assists healthcare system personnel in improving healthcare system operation through analysis and study of healthcare process and provides technical advice and assistance to others.Participates in special studies and projects that range from highly technical to highly conceptual and serves as a primary information source for top management decisions affecting policy formulation of the Business Office.Work Schedule: Monday through Friday; 7:30am-4:00pm; Subject to change based on the needs of the facility.Telework: This position may be authorized for telework.
