Regional Operations Head, Senior Director - Hybrid

Senior Director role supporting the Regional Head in clinical operations oversight across the GCTO Region. Provides strategic portfolio management, cross-functional alignment, and operational leadership to ensure compliance and performance across regional clinical programs.
Responsibilities
- Support Regional Head and leadership team through cross-functional meeting facilitation and strategic alignment
- Develop dashboards and status reports communicating progress, risks, and issues to leadership
- Oversee regional clinical trial allocation and coordinate allocation proposals with stakeholders
- Lead issue escalation and trend analysis across studies to identify operational risks
- Manage regional operations team including Regional Operations Lead, Support Lead, and Analyst
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life science discipline
- Minimum 10 years clinical operations experience in sponsor environment
- Strong leadership with demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder networks
- Comprehensive knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in business acumen, data analytics, and strategic thinking
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Advanced degree in life sciences or MBA preferred
