Duties

• Install, align, dismantle, repair, and troubleshoot machinery and piping systems using schematics, technical drawings, and industry standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment such as hydraulics, HVAC systems, and industrial electrical components.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate installation and alignment of machinery.
• Perform welding (including GTAW(TIG), SMAW(Stick) and GMAW(MIG) ), cutting, grinding, and fabrication tasks to support maintenance activities.
• Operate field service tools such as scissor lifts, ammeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices to diagnose issues.
• Read and interpret schematics for electrical circuits, pneumatic systems, and mechanical assemblies.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.
• Support technical sales by providing expert advice on equipment repairs or upgrades when interacting with customers or internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards related to high voltage, low voltage, and industrial electrician practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Millwright or Pipe Fitter within an industrial manufacturing facility or similar environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with industrial maintenance practices.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Hands-on experience with welding (including welding), fabrication, and pipe fitting techniques.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts, fork lifts, and other equipment safely and effectively in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to high voltage and low voltage electrical work; experience working with industrial electricians is a plus.
• Excellent analysis skills for diagnosing issues quickly and accurately in complex machinery or piping systems.
• Strong customer service orientation when supporting internal teams or external clients during field service activities.
• Military background or experience in related technical fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
