Director OF Product Marketing

Driving the optimization and support of the Product & Pricing Engine, the full-time salaried Director of Secondary Marketing will manage daily pricing operations, oversee revenue management technologies, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational performance and profitability. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Product & Pricing Engine (Polly), ensuring pricing accuracy and operational efficiency Lead the design and implementation of revenue management technologies and translate business requirements into technical specifications Support daily secondary marketing operations, including pricing management, pipeline analytics, and investor pricing validation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 7+ years of experience in Secondary Marketing, Capital Markets, Pricing, or Mortgage Technology Strong understanding of mortgage pricing, secondary marketing processes, and product & pricing engines Experience leading technology implementations and working with cross-functional teams Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
