DescriptionOur client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Product Marketing to lead go-to-market strategy for an emerging AI and application platform business. This highly visible leadership role will shape market strategy, influence product direction, define positioning and packaging, and build scalable growth programs.The ideal candidate is a strong product marketing leader with technical depth, commercial judgment, and experience bringing emerging technologies to market.MUST have 15+ years of relevant experience with a Background in one or more of the following: AI platforms, developer tools, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, application development, observability, software delivery, APIs, or enterprise technologyThis is a fully remote role but our client is only considering candidates who are located in the eastern time zone. Salary is 180-195K with a 20% bonus. ResponsibilitiesLead global product marketing strategy for an AI and application platform portfolioDevelop category positioning, messaging, and portfolio narrative for technical and executive audiencesTranslate complex technologies into clear customer value for developers, engineering leaders, and enterprise decision-makersPartner with Product and Engineering on roadmap priorities through market analysis, competitive insight, and customer feedbackBuild and execute go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, pipeline growth, and expansionDevelop segmentation, ideal customer profiles, buyer journeys, pricing, and packaging strategiesLaunch lighthouse customer and early-adopter programs to validate product-market fit and generate customer proofSupport integrated GTM execution across demand generation, field marketing, communications, partner marketing, and sales enablementCreate sales plays, enablement tools, and messaging that improve win rates and accelerate dealsLead and develop a high-performing global product marketing teamUse AI and automation to improve insights, productivity, and execution speedPresent strategy, priorities, and performance clearly to executive stakeholdersRequirementsQualifications15+ years of B2B product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market experience7+ years leading global teams in a matrixed environmentExperience commercializing emerging technologies and building new categoriesBackground in one or more of the following: AI platforms, developer tools, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, application development, observability, software delivery, APIs, or enterprise technologyProven ability to influence product strategy, pricing, packaging, and investment decisionsStrong track record in both customer expansion and new customer acquisitionExperience with customer validation, design-partner, or lighthouse programsStrong executive communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skillsPractical fluency with AI and automation in marketingBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferredThis is an excellent opportunity for a product marketing leader who enjoys building new categories, leading high-impact teams, and driving measurable business growth.Job typePerm
