Staff Accountant

What You'll Do
Every day brings something a little different. Your responsibilities will include

• Preparing journal entries and supporting financial reporting
• Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
• Assisting with month-end and year-end close
• Processing customer payments and managing accounts receivable
• Following up on outstanding invoices
• Preparing monthly construction draw requests
• Maintaining organized financial records
• Assisting with audits and special projects
• Working alongside project managers to ensure accurate billing and job costing

Job Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Two+ years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Accounting software experience is helpful but not required
