I am looking to hire a full-time Staff Accountant for reputable construction company here in Waukesha, WI (53186) . This role will be permanent with benefits and is looking to interview/start immediately. Pay: $55k - $70k (based on experience) & Benefits Schedule: 1st shift, M-F, 100% onsite Remote: No, 100% onsite Job Responsibilities Prepare and post recurring and accrual journal entries Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes Process cash applications and maintain accurate AR records Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with collections Prepare and submit monthly construction draw applications to clients Maintain accurate financial records and support documentation Assist with audit requests and other accounting projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
