Why Join Our Team?Competitive Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour. $2 shift differentialWork-Life Balance: 2nd shift, 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities.Excellent Benefits: 401K with up to 4% match, medical/dental/vision coverage, and company-paid life insurance.Perks: Paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, safety shoe allowance, and regular company events/luncheons.Core Responsibilities In this role, you will operate computer numerical control machines to fabricate high-quality aerospace parts.Setup & Operation: Manage Mori Seki/Hwacheon (Fanuc) single and multi-spindle lathes and mills.Production: Load parts, cycle machines, and run production lots within a cell environment.Maintenance: Perform milling, turning, drilling, and de-burring while maintaining a clean, safe work area.Quality Control: Inspect machined products using precision instruments and document results to meet quality standards.Collaboration: Detect malfunctions (like worn tooling) and communicate effectively with the team regarding production runs.QualificationsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in blueprint reading, Fanuc systems, and basic math.Experience: Proven background in CNC machining, specifically with lathes.Measurement: Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.Mindset: Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and strong technical/mechanical capacity.Ready to Level Up Your Career?Apply today and have an updated resume ready for consideration.Have any questions?
