Now Hiring: Distribution Associate – 1st Shift (Bettendorf, IA)

Start your career with a growing team in a clean, organized, and team-focused warehouse environment! We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our distribution team on 1st shift.

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Inspect and audit products to ensure quality and customer specifications
• Label, sort, and count materials to support inventory accuracy
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
• Load, unload, and move materials safely within the facility

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Experience with picking, packing, or shipping is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and material handling
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

You’ll work in a fast-paced but organized warehouse setting that values teamwork, efficiency, and a positive attitude. The dress code is casual and designed for comfort while working safely.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bettendorf, IA.

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
