Content Creator / Influencer — Group Trip Host

The Travel Tribe Co. creates curated women-only group travel experiences designed around connection, culture, community, and memorable experiences. We are expanding our network of Content Creators and Influencers to host upcoming Travel Tribe trips and introduce their communities to thoughtfully curated group travel experiences. About the Role As a Creator Trip Host, you will partner with The Travel Tribe Co. to promote and host a designated group trip. You will serve as the personality and community leader of your trip, helping build excitement before departure and creating a welcoming, engaging experience for travelers during the trip. The Travel Tribe Co. manages the travel planning and operational side of the experience, allowing hosts to focus primarily on their community, content, promotion, and the traveler experience. Responsibilities Promote your designated Travel Tribe trip to your audience and community Create social-media content before and during the trip Host and engage with travelers throughout the experience Help create a welcoming and inclusive group atmosphere Participate in scheduled activities and key group experiences Capture authentic photo and video content during the trip Collaborate with The Travel Tribe Co. on promotional campaigns Communicate professionally with travelers and the Travel Tribe team Represent The Travel Tribe Co. and the hosted experience professionally Who We’re Looking For We welcome creators and community builders in areas including: Travel Beauty Fashion Lifestyle Food Motherhood Culture Women’s communities You do not need to be exclusively a travel influencer. Ideal Candidate Has an established and engaged social-media audience or community Creates high-quality and authentic social content Is comfortable appearing on camera Has strong communication and interpersonal skills Enjoys bringing women together and building community Is dependable, professional, positive, and organized Is comfortable traveling internationally Can actively promote a hosted trip to their audience Aligns with The Travel Tribe Co.’s women-focused travel community Follower count alone is not our deciding factor. Audience engagement, trust, community alignment, content quality, and ability to connect with potential travelers are equally important.
