Concrete Project Manager

Hawkins Construction, a leading commercial concrete contractor based in the St. Louis region, is seeking a highly motivated individual to estimate, sell, and manage commercial concrete projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Management:Oversee all aspects of commercial concrete construction projects, from estimating and sales to planning through completion. Estimating:Read and understand plans and specifications and perform quantity take-offs from plans and/or field visits. Client Communication:Serve as clients’ primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Scheduling & Budgeting:Develop project timelines, track progress, and manage budgets to ensure efficient execution. Team Coordination:To ensure smooth collaboration and delivery, lead project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff. Problem Solving:Address issues as they arise, finding creative solutions to keep projects on track. What you bring to the table: Experience: 3-5 years of project management in commercial concrete Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Business Management, Finance) What we offer: Longstanding company with a diversified portfolio of services.
