Responsibilities:- Interacts with various staff to assure prompt superior service to clients
- Maintains all aspects of the insurance program
- Promotes customer retention through account review and account rounding; re-marketing accounts
- Responsible for helping achieve department and organization revenue growth goals, through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization
- Ability to problem solve and work effectively under tight deadlines
