What You'll Do As a member of Team Flopez, you'll become a trusted resource for our customers by helping them protect what matters most. Responsibilities include: Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend personalized insurance solutions. Generate new business through referrals, outbound prospecting, and community engagement. Follow up on leads and schedule appointments. Assist customers with policy changes, questions, and policy reviews. Educate customers on coverage options and identify opportunities to better protect what matters most. Deliver exceptional customer service that creates loyal, lifelong clients. Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and agency goals.
