Key Responsibilities Assist with the daily operations of the assigned store, including merchandising and supporting customers. Maintain a clean, welcoming environment and assist with store cleanliness, restocking bathrooms, sweeping, mopping floors, and trash removal. Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely according to productivity standards. Cross‑train to support cash register and front‑end duties as needed. Manage sales transactions and maintain security of cash, protecting company assets. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred). Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents. Capacity to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to shoulder height and tolerate frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills. Strong organizational, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. High level of integrity.
