We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at BrightCare HomeCare in Lafayette, LA. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional home care services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulties with mobility, or illnesses.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with our clients, providing direct care services in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Providing personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including transfer, lifting, and ambulation
Maintaining accurate records of client care and services provided
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement personalized care plans
Promoting independence, dignity, and well-being of our clients

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of Louisiana

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
