The Haus Group is hiring real estate sales agents who want to grow across Maryland and the greater DMV Metro Area.
Led by Omar Flores, The Haus Group gives agents access to the systems, training, technology, marketing, and support needed to build a stronger real estate business.

Agents are supported by a team infrastructure designed to remove bottlenecks and help them focus on relationships, appointments, and closings.
Training CoachingNew agents receive a two-week onboarding process covering team systems, Zillow onboarding, Zillow training, forms training, and core operating expectations.
Ongoing coaching includes daily training with Bill Pipes, Monday Motivationals, Thursday Haus Training, Real Estate First Fridays, sales systems, script mastery, lead conversion, and leadership development.
The point is not to overwhelm agents with more information. The point is to build stronger producers.
